Welcome to Century Properties, LLC. Clyde Rector has been a residential builder and remodeler in the Upstate since 1975. Century Properties focuses on new construction, remodeling, renovations, maintenance, and repair work. Our projects have ranged from small upgrades to multi million dollar homes. Century has built in some of the finest residential neighborhoods including: The Vineyards at Keowee, The Preserve, The Plantation on Pelham, Cliff Ridge Colony, Caesars Head, Weatherstone, Thistlebrook, and many other fine Upstate South Carolina neighborhoods.
In addition to building conventional type housing, Century has also built modular homes, log homes, and energy efficient Earth Craft Homes and also performed Universal design services.

- 2003- Served as President of the Greenville Easter Seals
- 2004- Served as Chairman of the 44th Annual Southern Home and Garden Show
- 2004- Nominated by Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce as Small Business of the Month
- 2005- Served as President of the Greenville Homebuilders Association
- 2005- Built Charleston Style estate house, at Plantation on Pelham for the Greenville Symphony Guild fund raiser
- 2005- Received "Torch Award" from BBB for High Ethical standards, workplace ethics, and sound business practices
- 2006- Received Award from Home Builders Association of South Carolina for Builder Category of $750,000-1.5 Million.
